Ms. Meg McLeroy, LMFT

Meg offers psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families presenting with issues related to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief and life transitions. She works with families, couples and teams to improve communication and teach skills for resolving conflict. Specializing in treating children with eating disorders, she also assists children and teens with learning to manage stress and building self-esteem. Meg welcomes clients from all backgrounds including age, ethnicity/cultural background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, socio-economic status and education.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Meg founded Family Resources Inc. an international consulting firm working with a variety of clients including Sea Island, Kerzner International, Starwood Vacation Ownership, One&Only Resorts, The Family Channel, Boca Raton Resort and Club, Atlantis Resort and Casino, Chrysler Corporation, Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Club, KSL Recreation, Wyndham Resorts and Rosewood Resorts, Meg presents and facilitates innovative programs in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, creativity, managing burnout and facing fears.
Meg is a clinical member of AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and serves as Vice President for GAMFT. She is also a member of The Academy for Eating Disorders, a global professional association committed to leadership in eating disorders research, education, treatment, and prevention. She has served as adjunct faculty at Richmont Graduate University teaching an intensive course in Eating Disorders. Meg is certified to offer PREPARE / ENRICH, an empirically validated online assessment used to identify specific strengths and weaknesses in marriage or before marriage and also certifed as a ScreamFree facilitator for parenting and marital issues.
